A Taste of Italy

Are you an Italian food lover and want to bring a little bit of Italy into your home? Loved the world over, Italian food is the ideal cuisine for the home cook.  In this class we replicate several classic Italian recipes, and you will learn to cook quick, easy, exciting new dishes that are sure to impress friends and family.

This class is designed to show you the ingredients and equipment you need to easily reproduce the dishes at home.  Participants will have the chance to enjoy the food and wine of the evening in a relaxed, informal, and fun atmosphere.

Classes are limited to a maximum number of 8 and a minimum of 4 persons, and at each session you will receive copies of all recipes and a chance to sample the food of the evening in a relaxed, informal and fun atmosphere.
