A Taste of Thailand

Thai food and its distinctive character has never been more popular with the Irish palate.  Quick to prepare, and healthy to boot, why not learn how to merge the fabulous, sweet, salty, hot and sour flavours of this unique cuisine, and recreate some authentic Thai classics at home.

This class is designed to show you the ingredients and equipment you need to easily reproduce the dishes at home.  Participants will have the chance to enjoy the food of the evening in a relaxed, informal, and fun atmosphere.

Classes are limited to a maximum number of 8 and a minimum of 4 persons, and at each session you will receive copies of all recipes and a chance to sample the food of the evening in a relaxed, informal and fun atmosphere.
